Pros

Work can get boring, especially if its a game that you don't necessarily like. But the people you work with make it bearable and fun. Great training as well to help you become a better analyst.

Cons

Can get very repetitive. Some people take it way too seriously to the point where you are clock watching.

Pros

A great mixture of a relaxed yet professional working environment. My fellow employees are friendly and most of the management crew is approachable. Especially the hiring manager who sits up front. I think she may actually be one of the owners but she is always willing to help people out.

Cons

I wish I could listen to my own music while testing but I guess I kinda understand that we can't because we have to test audio on the products as well.

Welcoming employees and sometimes a descent project to work on.

Cons

Poor pay, no room for advancement, poor training, poor project planning (not enough to do), quick turn around, upgrade of responsibilities without increasing pay, and distant management.
