Pros

Organizational alignment and support of my mission, the role I was hired into, has been key to enabling success on my assignments and unanticipated challenges I've uncovered in the course of my work.

Cons

DDI has been operating for decades, and there are many written procedures with varying validity or relevance. Some are outdated information, and some are counter to modern practices in cross-functional agility and communication. These could be brought into a better balance by disposing of aged documents and clarifying relevant documents where employees can find, review and advise on updates when needed.
