Great culture, lots of learning opportunity

Pros

Because we are a smaller team, you are able to work on a wide variety of projects. This means you are learning a lot and working closely with the other members of the team, which is extremely rewarding and fun. Pays well and offers quarterly bonuses, which is very rewarding. Leadership team (at least for engineering) is very supportive and patient, often working closely with the team to collaborate and advise.

Excellent Learning experience. Company is on the up and up. ESOP. (Employee owned 100%) They are really ramping up with the new Executive staff and seem like they are prepared to corner the market with best in class products.

Starting pay is below starting standard.
