Cons
I applied for a position and they send me a video interview link. I was not comfortable having a third party record my video (not sure what access do they have to my computer once you are using your camera) and keeping my confidential information. I ended up submitting the video interview but regret greatly. DCU doesn’t have the respect to send you an email or a phone call to let you know you were not selected. I will demand DCU and Sparkhire to delete my information.
