Pros

3+ weeks PTO for ALL employees plus 1 week of paid sick leave. Free Food Friday once a month Great people Relaxed sales environment. Great annual bonuses and raises Mostly laid back management structure

Cons

Starting salary is a little low compared to other Financial Institutions. Can be difficult to move up and pay difference between MSR/Head Teller(now Team Leader)/Teller is minimal.

DCU was a great company to work for - if you could deal with the sales attitude. Great benefits and overall compensation.

Cons

Expected to refer almost every member in line some type of product or service. Some managers will stand behind the teller line and ensure this is being done. Can be a little redundant.
