Pros

They hire from within on most promotions. Typically upper management notices hard focused employees. Very focused on great customer service, they dont just talk the talk, they also walk it as well. Benefits are good.

Cons

Pay scale is low. Play favorites, offer some employees more slack than others. Not consistent with warnings or fair.

Great people to work with, The benefits are really good! And you learn a lot during training

The work environment is great! So is the yearly bonus you receive and the benefits package. Management is awesome and really value their employees

Cons

The only thing I would say is the pay is a little on the low side. If they payed a little more I would have absolutely no cons!
