You cannot make a living working here...
Pros
Great experience working with such a great group of people, and made a lot of friends which I truly miss. Also the knowledge gains through working various departments was great. The gym and small other perks like free food Fridays and events made it fun!
Cons
Management was difficult to work with and seemed to be very clicky, and unprofessional. The majority of them are under qualified with both education and experience. The majority of them are holding on to retire to collect the pension which was phased out in 2001 for everyone else to be part of. The pay is extremely low, so the majority of people who work there are either really young, so live at home to not care or older to collect medical insurance outside of Medicare. With what the pay scale is, even with working an Assistant Manager Job Group (18), I could not afford a house on my own. There are many people who do side jobs on weekends or nights to make up the difference from what I saw.
