Great employee benefits package. Health and dental insurance, 401k, gym at headquarters and operations center, cafeterias, massage and riki therapy offered in office, nice well trained management, clean and nice work area.

Cons

Strict employee policy, clocking in and out at precise times, point system for being late etc, must have DCU bank account for direct deposit payroll

I have been working at DCU for a few years. The training from day 1 has been great, everyone is always friendly. Management is always willing to help. They value us as employees.

Cons

The pay is low.
