DCU has great benefits and good people to work with. They care about the people around them and their members. They have been making strides with inclusion efforts and are always looking to improve their systems. Looking forward to the tech to be improved upon in the coming year.

Cons

A lot of red tape and micro management. There was a CEO change last year, and although there has been a lot of good, the community overall is struggling with the immense amount of change. There also is a lack of diversity at the top, and there doesn't seem to be much concern about that- but people notice. There also isn't a ton of mobility
