      An experience that had it's ups and downs

      Pros

      It has great people working there as everyone is so friendly. The benefits were also pretty good. The supervisors will try to help you if you're struggling a bit you just have to put in some work.

      Cons

      The job is not for everyone. You have to deal with difficult members a good portion of the time. The call queue length also doesn't help that situation either. Seemed like very limited growth outside of moving to the loan departments which is the primary reason I left.

      Pros

      Generous company to work for, lots of free goodies (coats, umbrellas, bags, etc.), cheap delicious food at the cafeteria, up to 10% salary bonus if the company does well, managers are very reasonable, great overall morale - the CEO likes to personally meet every new member to the DCU team, strong focus on growing rapport with members and trying to help them with any financial needs they might have, employee suggestions for improvements are encouraged and listened to

      Cons

      401k wasn't the best, employer 401k contributions are vested over 5 years, some of the technology would have occasional issues
