Everyone is committed to learning, sustainable growth and strategic thinking. Colleagues are generous, thoughtful and friendly and everyone is committed to shared success. This is the highest functioning work environment I’ve experienced to-date!
Cons
So much is changing so quickly at the same time that it’s hard to stay connected and coordinated. We are rapidly building infrastructure to support historic and future growth. It’s a lot to juggle and a lot of meetings. It’s all an investment in better!
