      Pros

      DCU pays well and offers good benefits.

      Cons

      They are never and probably will never be fully staffed so your taking inbound calls for 4 hours and then you get an hour lunch and then you take inbound calls for another 4 hours. There is always a queue of at least 50 customers on the line waiting.

      Pros

      Back stabbing environment. I was highly micromanaged. Worst company to work for, very stressful environment. Supervisor will block you from moving up to a better position.

      Cons

      Environment of favoritism: Supervisors devalues their workers. It's an environment of stagnation.
