11yThank you for your feedback, It’s great to hear from employees who are excited about our culture, environment, leadership and find their work engaging. Additionally, I always welcome constructive feedback and appreciate your comments regarding training. A formal training and onboarding program is something that is currently in the making. We’re starting to roll out pieces of the program to new associates who have recently started with us and plan to roll out the comprehensive program before the end of the year. Stay tuned for information and details on the program.
