It's nearly everything -- the management, the overall team, the fun atmosphere, the creativity, the clients, the reward of hearing from our clients that we've grown their businesses! Having spent nearly two decades in this field, I can, unequivocally, say that I have never been part of an organization that values its team members more than Digital Strike! The ultimate sign of a great organization is that its employees look forward to coming to work, and I am fortunate and blessed to say that I experience this feeling every day!

Cons

The company can experience issues stemming from rapid growth. This expansion -- both in terms of internal teams and client roster -- can lead to communication issues. The good news is, these issues are nothing that cannot be resolved through stronger, more effective internal process documentation.
