Disfunctional Leadership - Direction changes 1-2 times a year

Pros

- Well funded by TPG after the 5-company merger - Remote work provides some flexibility - Work-life balance

Cons

- Over the last 3 years there have been multiple CEO and Executive Leadership changes which affect morale within the company and demonstrates a level of instability. - The sales team is handicapped to sell after a majority of the sales tools were cut and enablement is non-existent -It's been 3 years since the merger and it still doesn't feel like a unified company. Some employees care more about the original company that they came from pre-merger than the present and future direction of the company - Systems and processes are always changing and a mess - No formal training provided on the products, you basically have to find certain people within the company who have been there long enough and have product knowledge on certain segments

Pros

Company Paid in full for maternity leave.

Cons

Bad managers, Too much work and less pay. No work life balance. Was forced to wake up at 3am for audit, and still expected to work full hours.

Chaos reigns. I had 4 different managers in six months. Senior leadership has turned over twice.

Thank you for sharing this feedback! Merging five companies has brought about challenges that unfortunately led to some turnover. However, not all turnover is bad! We may have lost incredible people, but we have gained other wonderful individuals! It took some time to deconstruct the five legacy companies and find our identity as Digital.ai. We are in a much better place than we were last year and we hope this year increases your trust in us as we move forward!
