Pros

I've worked for what is now Digital.ai for over 2 years, and have really enjoyed my time and career progression with the company. I've found most all of my managers of leaders I directly speak to seem to listen and consider the opinions or needs of the team. Management also wants to see their team members grow + are supportive in us doing so

Cons

Several offices continue to work remotely, many employees having not worked remote before-support or education resources in this new "lifestyle" would've been appreciated in the beginning

Great segment (enabling companies to innovate faster and do successful digital transformation). Good tools. Good collection of complementary technologies.

Cons

Lots of acquisitions coming together. So some level of lack of process and alignment.

Pros

Recruitment process was great, my recruiter kept me informed throughout the hiring process without delay and next follow up steps were very quick. The team welcomes you and believes in helping you get up to speed with work and learning. Management cares...it’s hard to find a place where the management checks in with new members to see how things are going and that has happened every step of the way for me. It’s great to k is that you can hear from your management and reach out anytime you have questions or thoughts.

Cons

None at this time. I like and enjoy the workplace and my team.
