Pros

- Great culture + team + management - Good work life balance (at least after understanding the role and what's required) - Opportunity to travel and work on builds (but not too often which is good) - Learn a lot of sys admin / networking (esp if you've come from a full automated company like AWS)

Cons

- On call shift rotation, sometimes getting paged middle of the night for unnecessary things - Stopped hiring engineers (sys / network) in Sydney. Even if management wants to hire you, c-level will reject - Becoming overly corporate like AWS culture, but not at that point yet
