      Pros

      - remote - great pay (especially since you can choose to work from home and don't have to move to NYC/SF for a great job) - very smart & experienced people to learn from - depends on the team I guess, but in my case people are very supportive

      Cons

      - it's not a startup anymore, so feels like it's becoming less and less transparent

      Pros

      I've witnessed a great amount of collaboration between people and between teams so far. The company is full of smart, motivated and friendly people that help you solve problems. My manager has a strong focus on helping me develop my career and getting obstacles out of the way. Most communication is written and asynchronous which is very convenient if you're a remote employee and/or in different time zones.

      Cons

      Internal documentation is not the best. It's mostly solved by talking to the right team or people but that can slow you down across different time zones.
