Pros

I feel very supported by DigitalOcean and I am pleased to say that they have lived up to their values. The vibe is great and so are the many perks, including an extremely remote-friendly environment. I would encourage others to apply.

Cons

There were a lot of organizational shifts, mostly before my time, that soured some of the longer-term employees. That's understandable. Things have since solidified and I feel like there is a lot of stability moving forward, as we continue to grow
