Pros

- Great compensation package (healthy, dental, and vision) - Very lenient on taking vacation days - Some good talent around - Good team mentality

Cons

- Does not pay as well as other companies and is in the lower range even though they say they are at the higher range. This is false! - Work vs Life balance has gone down hill over the years. To much is expected of you even during off hours - Management has had many restructures over the past few years which hinders growth potential - Company is moving to fast and is spending money in the wrong places. Not with its employees - Company is not investing more into keeping above and beyond talent - Not a long term company to be with due to the above (2 -3 years is perfect)

- DigitalOcean is always one step ahead of its competitors and never ceases to improve and grow - Great team to work with - Great pay better than other companies - Company benefits are unmatched - Employees are always treated well - Great opportunities for growth within the company - Very supportive of employees who want to keep learning - Team leaders and Managers ensure employees are not overworked and very considerate of their lives out of work
