      Pros

      * Learned more about other Cloud platforms outside the big 3 (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Unlimited PTO allowed for getting a break when needed * Had the opportunity to learn about Kubernetes and Terraform and use internal account to learn and experiment.

      Cons

      * Onboarding was inconsistent and dependent on mentors knowledge * Was laid off so majority of Technology workforce could be outsourced overseas.
