      IC coworkers are great people

      Cons

      Below average pay. DO used to be a great place and is now absolutely horrible due to recent leadership changes. A massive culture shift happened and has made DO a hostile and stressful place to work. You are in crunch all the time and are expected to work overtime and even during PTO to get things done. You are told to leave if you don't like it. Any disagreements are either deleted or you are let go. It's a true shame as this was a great place to work not that long ago. So many great people are leaving.

      None, they have no idea how to manage resources.

      You will be low-balled on the offer regardless of qualifications and asked to handle tasks not detailed in the job description that do not fit your skill set.
