Really disorganized internally. Onboarding and training could be better. Definitely need to be adaptable, especially with the new changes coming in from leadership.

Cons

Sometimes a little too chaotic. Can be stressful.

Most IC and managers are GREAT people. Work-life balance excellent. Good overall work culture.

Cons

C-suite semi-clueless. About once a year there is some sort of disruptive re-org that does absolutely nothing to solve long term tech debt and retention problems.
