Pros

Work & personal life is very balanced. Fully remote company. Little to no micro-management. Lots of trust to get your work done. They offer RSUs and yearly merit increases along with a bonus.

Cons

Little to no company culture with the rapid change of the ELT. Lots of busy work with confusing direction. Used to have great perks and benefits but those have stopped recently. Benefits (healthcare, eyes, dental) are alright.
