      Pros

      - Exposure since people are working from around the world. - Well developed culture and employee oriented company. Supportive and positive work environment. - Decent salary packages and number of perks including medical for self and family. - Team offsites which are usually international trips. - Transparent hierarchy.

      Good work life balance, but the company does not feel on a very solid state

      Pros

      Recharge day about every month (optional free day). Realistic goal expectations. Unlimited PTO. Talented Peers. Cool and interesting projects. Company trusts a lot on engineers (work setup is not too obtrusive).

      Cons

      The stock has been tanking, it seems it is having a hard time and prosperity is expected, but in reality it's hard to envision where it will be in a year. I feel the company is still on the stage where it goes from being a startup to being a real "needs to be profitable" company. Engineering very detach from product, sometimes we need to (almost blindly) decide which project will be more profitable
