      Pros

      I have had an excellent 3 months at DO so far. Few things that have worked are: 1. Clarity in terms of expectation from the role 2. Great support provided by the management for me to scale up 3. Extensive onboarding for us to be prepared to succeed.

      - Slow & smooth transition to the role - Helpful trainers and team members including peers, management, and ICs - Supporting Tools - Positive environment

      Cons

      - Self learning courses were a bit overwhelming and had some duplication that can be avoided for future batches - IT onboarding can be improved with step by step walkthrough to avoid any misses
