I was part of the terrible merge they did, coming from Cloudways into DigitalOcean. Cloudways was the pro, and DigitalOcean was the con. Unlimited PTO (while it lasts, as the trend in this company is to cancel everything that's good, this might be gone soon) Great colleagues (from Cloudways team) Great product (Cloudways) (also, now being destroyed by DO management)

Cons

Well, DigitalOcean and their bad decisions. They bought a business just to destroy the whole purpose of the company they bought (Cloudways, multi-cloud & now providing only DO servers) Clueless management
