      Pros

      - Empathetic, kind, smart coworkers - 100% remote culture, flexible work life - Company doing reasonably well according to financial experts

      Cons

      - Technical product. Been here for 3 months and I still don't understand half of the things we do - Not a lot of design maturity. Living between 2 design systems and can't seem to fully retire the old one. Design process not fully developed, however the company seems eager and willing to let designers take on more leadership/control.

      It is going through some hard times right now, a lot of changes but I believe it will come out much stronger.
