      Pros

      DO is a great company to work for. Relatively new sales org with opportunity to help build and make a difference. The vibe is generally positive and people are passionate about what they are doing. They also know how to have fun.

      Cons

      Not for people who are unsettled by change. DO has been around for some time, but the company is still in the process of building and growing. The company has steady/aggressive growth goals so you must be comfortable surfing the waves! Executive turn over is not ideal.
