- brand on your resume, well-known - fast-moving, you can try implement different things that in trend right now - salary is good - fully remote

Cons

- 0 work-life balance - very bad for a PM career as there is no growth in this company for a good PM, no one tracks metrics or know how to measure anything - absolute chaos in prioritization, everything is a p0 - be ready to work on weekends and late nights without being recognized - in some departments there is a dog eats dog culture - very toxic environment - higher management sometimes behaves very disrespectful towards middle management, I've never experienced anything like this in any other company
