Pros
My fellow employees are tremendous. They have gone out of their way to be inclusive and adaptable. Lot of company spirit (sometimes too much)
Cons
There are too many meetings that seem prescribed rather than called to address a real issue or problem. Coordination across projects is incredibly heavyweight. Too many meetings (see above) with too many invitees. Where is the focus? Jira, Jira, Jira
