      Clear disparity in how Indian employees are treated compared to other regions. Business travel opportunities are restricted for India-based employees, while peers in other regions frequently travel for client meetings and offsites. Leadership often travels business class and has multiple offsites per year, whereas India employees have had just one offsite in several years. The company advertises global anniversary gift programs with specific dollar values, but Indian employees receive gift cards worth roughly half that amount. Most local benefits and perks for Indian employees have been reduced or discontinued.
