- Does not pay as well as other companies and is in the lower range even though they say they are at the higher range. This is false! - Work vs Life balance has gone down hill over the years. To much is expected of you even during off hours - Management has had many restructures over the past few years which hinders growth potential - Company is moving to fast and is spending money in the wrong places. Not with its employees - Company is not investing more into keeping above and beyond talent - Not a long term company to be with due to the above (2 -3 years is perfect)
