Pros

Amazing culture, collaborative creative people, amazing perks, unlimited time off (that I need to take advantage of) and generally a company headed in the right direction. Im so happy to be in DO. It is a dream.

Cons

None I can think of but if I must then maybe more offsites.

Excellent culture, caring and concerned about their people and products. Excellent remote employee program. Seamless integration for in-office and remote worker collaboration.

Cons

Need hot chocolate in the office for us non-coffee folks =-)
