Pros

Relaxed environment, everyone is very welcoming. You can feel the support from Publicis that the agency has. Not stressed about workloads and everyone is very human which is great!

Cons

Processes are a little lacking but somehow we manage. Office setup isn't the best and I think IT support genuinely do not understand what creatives need to do their jobs efficiently (but this is more of a PH issue not agency)

Great people, friendly atmosphere, great benefits, free fruit weekly, monthly pizza for lunch, beer o'clock every Friday at 4pm, free socials etc Flat line Management, very transparent about business goals and aims

Cons

Office isn't slickest, tired decor, West Ken location bit boring but minor in grand scheme of things
