- Flexible PTO and good amount of paid Holiday time - Proprietary tools - Great room for growth - Fun/collaborative office environment - Celebrates achievements and milestones - Socially aware and active in the community

Cons

- Teams are sometimes split between offices, making it hard to justify 2 days a week in the office if you'll be still be taking calls online - Bi-annual company-wide promotion structure does not allow flexibility for individuals to be promoted when their ready
