Pros

Company is really great to work for and offers a large amount of benefits with their hiring packages. The company culture is not too different from any other ad agency, however, Digitas has a really good balance of fun and hard work.

Cons

Because the company is owned by Publicis group it is hard to get a raise or promotion because the conglomerate company needs to approve them, and most of the time they don't.
