Thanks for your comments. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed being part of our community. To your second point, we certainly do believe it’s important as a fast-growing business for us to continually evaluate how we can best serve our clients around the world. That’s one reason why we established a new European hub in Galway, Ireland, to help accelerate our growth strategy and bring on exceptional local talent across a range of business functions. We continue to have a strong presence here with many talented teams in the U.S. – including in our global headquarters in New York. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer
Despite having worked remotely for the majority of my time with Diligent due to C19, the company continues to impress me in almost every regard.
- Great culture and team collaboration
- Growing rapidly both organically and through numerus strategic acquisitions of organizations that align with its value proposition
- Leadership has a clear, long-term vision for the company that it's effectively implementing while ensuring that best serving its customers is the driving factor in every decision made
- Solid compensation and work-life balance (unlimited PTO policy and ~12 holidays in the US)
- 4% 401K match
- Opportunities for growth are clearly present, management seems to truly care about its employees and their development (this is certainly a personal observation, everyone has their own experience)
- Performance reviews are conducted quarterly, which helps provide transparency and individual feedback
- Continues to bring on intelligent, driven people to keep up with growth
- Hard work is acknowledged and rewarded frequently
- Many helpful resources/tools provided to help employees as effective in their role as possible
- Training/product update sessions are frequent, helping employees stay up to date on its growing suite of products
Cons
Very few come to mind.
- Onboarding/initial training for certain roles could be more robust and clearly defined, although this is a common area for improvement in growing companies such as Diligent. That said, it has come a long way across the past year and continues to improve
- Would like to see 401K match at 5 or 6 percent in the future

Thank you for sharing your thorough feedback. We’re thrilled that you are as excited about Diligent’s business as we are. It’s crucial that our people feel supported in a diverse, collaborative environment to drive our continued growth and fire on all cylinders of our business. I also want to address your constructive comments. We share your desire for a best-in-class experience for new teammates – and, to that end, we have built and tested a revamped onboarding program which rolled out in March that is transforming the new hire experience. The feedback from our first cohorts to go through the onboarding has been uniformly positive and we’re excited to roll it out across the world. And we regularly evaluate our comp practices to ensure we’re highly competitive in the market, so your feedback is helpful on that front. Thank you again! - Avigail Dadone, Chief People Officer
