- Base salary (if you pushed for a good salary when joined) - Yearly bonus - Nice office, good location

Cons

- Close to zero salary increase for years - US culture (superficial) - Key decisions are made in the US rarely involving professionals > European teams often suffer the consequences - Visibility triumps performance - Ad-hoc top mamagement requests often stop meaningful work - Siloed work across teams, no real effort is made to bridge the gap (due to short term thinking and no real motivation to reach it)

The company offers a very good work-life balance and a strong remote culture. Employees will find that the set goals are mostly realistic and achievable. Additionally, it features a strong brand name, making it a good place to get valuable experience in an entry-level role.

Cons

The base pay could be better. Over time, it has also become harder and harder in terms of requirements and performance criteria.

Cons

Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
