      1. Caring and understanding - the company seeks to help its employees if they require assistance 2. Good team synergy - everyone tends to help out if you ask. No politics in office 3. Encouraging growth and career building - a lot of opportunities to learn and build your career 4. Positive reinforcement and recognition - they recognize everyone's contribution and if mistakes are made, rather than belittling someone, they encourage them to learn from their mistakes and grow

      Changing processes - Due to the various acquisitions, there will always be processes being changed and standardize

      Equipment but other than that no other pros

      Cons

      - Incompetent team leads - Low salary - General lack of organization - Shifts changing every month, even to night shift - If you complain about the above they'll find a way to get you out in no time
