Great Recharge Week!

Pros

Diligent take care of mental health and wellness - they recently just gave us a full week off for the purpose of recharging. I have also really liked all the initiatives they have run - meditation and yoga sessions. It's been a great way to balance work and health.

Cons

Keeping across the changes, but that comes with any organisation moving at speed.
