It is why we are so sorry to hear your feedback and that you haven’t felt supported in your role. We take seriously the concerns you have raised, many of which we have already been actively working to address. For example, we appreciate how fast-paced of an organization Diligent can be as a rapidly growing company, which is why we strive to promote work-life balance in a number of ways. Most recently, we began offering all of our employees two additional weeks of PTO to unplug and recharge. To your point about compensation, we do regularly evaluate our policies and programs to ensure they are competitive in the markets where we operate. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and are glad to hear you feel great about our team, future prospects, and organizational focus on DEII initiatives. We fully agree that working at Diligent is always exciting and we’re gratified to hear you feel like you have runway for growth! We do hear your feedback, particularly about workload and balance. Please know that we continuously strive to improve workloads and be thoughtful about roles and responsibilities. We’ve taken action to make improvements, such as aligning teams in certain time zones, testing different best practices for better meeting management and conducting additional hiring and training. Diligent absolutely is a fast-paced environment, and we want all of our people to thrive and feel supported and recognized. To that end, we regularly evaluate our compensation and benefits packages to be highly competitive in the marketplace, and we are very much committed to continuing to reward our teammates for their immense efforts to drive our company to new heights.
