      Great Leadership with a clear mission Well resourced so teams are never lacking tools to execute Actively engaged in adopting best practices to continually improve Thought leader, and leading by example, for equity and diversity in the workforce

      Moving fast and lots of changes... If you don't view fast / high growth and continually changing environments as engaging and motivating then this is NOT the employer for you

      Amazing product, support, management and company overall

      Pros

      The company truly cares so much about their employees & customers, and Diligent wants to make sure that everyone is treated equally and fairly. It is incredibly refreshing to see how much the people care and support one another, and we are encouraged to voice our recommendations for change so that we can grow and improve every day as an organization. Management is fantastic, work environment feels like a true team and we have outstanding products. I'm so proud to be a part of this organization!

      Great supportive culture, amazing team environment, some of the most knowledgeable devs around, huge focus on self-development and learning

      Cons

      Slightly less flexible in allowing employees to do 3 or 4 days/week - Hence we lost a few people
