      - Onboarding process is a dream - very well organized and structured - might be overwhelming at first but everything has its place - Projects are interesting - Get to work with colleagues from abroad - practice your English - Team structure and methodology is solid - everyone is open to input, no matter the level - Cross-functional teammates are all extremely friendly and helpful - Team events are now coming in and being held, office is rather new so this is in progress - Great salary and perks

      Great people and culture

      Pros

      Diligent has great people and nice inclusive culture and offers awesome perks like the Recharge weeks this year. You can earn a nice amount as well. The Budapest office is pretty beautiful, but you can chose to work from home all week if that is your thing. You'll feel that as a person you are being valued.

      Cons

      The tech stack couldn't be more diverse and often times outdated. Sometimes the buzzwords echo louder than real conversations. It's a place where you probably won't get bored, but might get frustrated by your daily tasks and the obstacles that you can hit tech or process wise. Changes come often, you can sometimes feel that you are not even get your foot on the ground yet and someone is already trying to pull the rug from under it, but that also depends on which team you end up first.
