Pros

Hybrid work Cab facility Food

Cons

The management’s planning is often unrealistic, leading to constant pressure and frequent weekend work. The TPM team, in particular, is driven by internal politics rather than performance. Hard work and genuine contributions often go unnoticed, while visibility and quick responses to managers seem to earn more credit. Collaboration and support from management are minimal — the focus is more on assigning pressure than solving problems. If you value work-life balance and a supportive environment, it may be best to reconsider joining the TPM team at Diligent.

Thank you for sharing your experience and perspective. We’re sorry to hear that your time with Diligent particularly within the TPM team did not reflect the collaborative and supportive environment we aim to provide. We understand how important realistic planning, recognition, and work-life balance are to employee satisfaction and performance. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can better support our teams and ensure our processes and expectations are sustainable. We’re continuing to focus on improving leadership development, communication, and workload planning to create a more balanced and transparent work environment. Your input is valuable in guiding those ongoing efforts, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Pros

- Great colleagues - Perks and Benefits - Attempts to foster a positive corporate culture.

Cons

I've waited to write this review because it's been good to settle in and get a feel for the company as a whole without being hasty or giving undue comment. However sadly, for the first time since I started I'm now seriously starting to give consideration to looking elsewhere for work. To try and be constructive: - Support structure and changes - Essentially more work and less people to do it. People with years worth of experience and niche product knowledge are run ragged at the frontlines with no regard for their progression or wellbeing. - The ELT's lack of long term vision - Look at the reviews here - Buzzwords are embraced, structures are changed ad-hoc. Expectations to have broad and lacking general knowledge over all the products rather than the necessary expertise to competently support one product. - Because of the obsession with minimising the cost of people, hiring is fraught and often delayed resulting in decay of the team structure and the overall levels of knowledge available to the customer. Is that really 'Customer First'? - Possibly denial? Are we really an M&A venture company trying to pretend it has a soul? And to follow on from that: Overinvestment in acquisitions and underinvestment in hiring/people. - It doesn't generate confidence to show up at a company social event and note that you don't know many of the people because turnover has been so high.
