Thank you for this review and constructive feedback. We’re so glad that you appreciate some of the many qualities that make Diligent unique, including our incredible team members. We strive to demonstrate our deep appreciation for all our employees and appreciate how much change there has been recently, as we have evolved and integrated our organization in order to drive the greatest possible impact for our clients. We know that change is never easy, but the steps we are taking are important in order for us to achieve our long-term GRC and ESG vision. We completely appreciate that our valued team members need time to decompress, which is why we recently launched Recharge Weeks – two additional weeks of PTO for our employees to unplug and recharge.
