Pros

I've had a positive experience working at Diligent. Diligent provides genuine opportunities for growth and development, which is something I really value. The team I work with is fantastic—everyone is supportive, collaborative, and passionate about what they do. Diligent are a very fast paced SAAS company, but great opportunity to learn and grow.

Cons

Sometimes the pace can be quite fast, it can be challenging to manage workloads effectively, but I think that's a Pro as it has helped me grow quickly in the role.
