      Din Tai Fung: Great Atmosphere but Horrible Corporate Policy

      Pros

      The work atmosphere at the Bellevue location was fun and friendly. The management, for the most part, was great.

      Cons

      Corporate policies created long (2+ hours on weekends) waits with little room for workarounds, aggravating customers. Training consisted of learning from different experienced co-workers, who often had varying interpretations of rules.

      Din Tai Fung is a Chinese-dinning restaurant located in Bellevue Lincoln Square (Good location). The good thing to work in this company is that everyone is nice and responsible for their duties. High quality services and make sure customers are satisfied with their needs.

      Cons

      Need expansion because too many people waiting.
