Pros
You could get overtime to make-up for low wages. Many good co-workers. Able to learn new skills.
Cons
Dysfunctional management. Absent HR department, that hid from the employees. Low wages and expensive benefits. Total dis-connect of office employees from production employees. Majority of managers and office staff were only there to pick-up the paycheck, unaware they actually had responsibilities, both to the company, and other employees.
