      Abusive management, constantly reminding employees that they could be fired anytime. Zero cost of living raise for a DECADE for incoming production workers. 40% annual turnover pretty much says it all. China based company.

      stable, flexible, company is growing and has very strong relationship with customers, the top managers are nice and helpful in Asia.

      Cons

      stressful from revenue growth and most of the products are me 2 products, company keeps growing and every employee's loading is higher and higher
